• I will prepare a proposal based on our discussions, complete with estimated timescales and costs.
• I normally bill at a standard hourly rate, in quarter-hour increments. However, there are situations in which it is more appropriate to bill at a specific day rate or even fixed cost for the project. We can discuss which is best for your situation.
• At the end of the project, I will send an invoice to your company for payment.
• I normally accept payment in U.S. Dollars or South African Rands. The method of payment will be agreed in the proposal.
