    How long does it take to process orders?

    Once your order has cleared, it can take up to 24 hours to fulfill for you to receive your product, so you will receive the product you bought the same day. If it takes longer than usual, simply send us an e-mail and we will gladly assist you

    How will I recieve the product once you have paid?

    Product Delivery:
    You will have two (2) options to get your product: Internet download or shipping via FedEx.

    We need to inform you that our products are available throughdownload from the internet or by shipping the product to you with FedExso a proper

    shipping method must be selected at when you are buying.

    When you choose the product to be shipped, it means we will post it to you to your physical address (e.g. your home). So, please enter the correct information(e.g. your correct address) where we can post you your product.

    The number of days it takes to ship our products to you may vary depending on the shipping arrangements you have chosen during purchase, but it usually takes about 2 to 3 days to ship our products to you

    Products can be downloaded after payment is electronically verified. This is usually immediate but can take up to several hours, depending on your internet connection so that you do not need to waste time and you can start learning right away. We will send you a dowload link with clear instructions as to how to download.

    The product I ordered is Damaged, what should I do?

    If your product is damaged or won't work, please send us an e-mail at henrimbata [at] yahoo.com  in which you include your Receipt Number, Your name and Surname and e-mail address and clearly state the condition or problem you are having with the product.  We will get back to you as soon as possible to fix your problem


    I can't seem to get access to my download after purchase. What should I do?
    Sometimes international credit cards do not verify immediately and other system checks cause the download to be held up. If you do not receive your product after purchase please send us a friendly email in which you specify your order number, your name and surname, and a description of the problem you are experimenting and we'll be happy to help you. Be sure to use the correct address and and ZIP when ordering to ensure quick processing.

    I'm having trouble downloading. What should I do?
    We recommend using a download manager for large files. Our download section has all the latest information about recommended software and extraction tools.

    I've download the files but I can't seem to get them to Unzip. What should I do?
    Be sure to have the latest version of your Unzipping application. Also verify the size of the file you downloaded is close to estimated size on the website. If you continue to have problems contact us.

    How long are downloads available after purchase and what if I lose this information?
    Purchased products will always be available to download to verified customers within 24 Hours. Please let us know if you have lost your download information or need a new one. We do recommend burning a DVD backup once you have successfully downloaded your products.

    FedEx International Priority means it will take 2 to 3 business days in transit to reach you*.

    Henrythejedi.com ships products based on the next available Fedex shipment after your credit card has been authorized. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, but if your credit card cannot be authorized on the day you placed your order, then Henrythejedi.com will ship your order on the next business day after it has been authorized.

    This means that, if you place your order too late on a Friday afternoon for authorization, then Henrythejedi.com will authorize and attempt to ship your order the following Monday, with a target delivery by Thursday. Henrythejedi.com prioritizes Fedex orders over other orders.

    How can I track the status of my order?

    We will e-mail you the status of your order in realtime using our FedEx's order monitoring system. You will need to provide your order number as well as the ZIP code of the destination.

I love your tutorials but the video tutorials look too big on my monitor, how can I change my settings to view the tutorials properly?

Do I need to sign for my package?

If you order through FedEx, you will have to sign your package so that we acknowledge that you have received your product.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship products to all countries of the world except countries under embargo.

What is your Return and Cancellation Policy?

If our products do not meet your expectations, we will, at our discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 15 days from the date of purchase.

For Download Versions, you can ask our us for a refund within 7 days after the download period has expired.


For Physical (boxed) products, you will have to return the product unopened within 7 days of receipt. The shipment from our stocks to your place will not be refunded. The return shipment is at your charge. You will get the refunded only when the product is back to our stocks.


I have Damaged or Bad Media, what should I do?

My package did not contain all of the things I ordered. What should I do.
Please contact us and we will arrange to send another package with the correct items. Some products are available as a download only. On the other hand if you receive something in addition to your order, enjoy it.
