Downloadable Products:
If
you
are unable to access your download information right away, please email
us. Usually the download instructions are instantly
available, However, certain times some orders may need to be approved
manually.
Product Delivery: How will you recieve the product once you have paid
You will have two (2) options to get your product: Internet download or shipping. We need to inform you that our products are available through download from the internet or by shipping the product to you through the mail so a proper shipping method must be selected at checkout.
When you choose the product to be shipped, it means we will post it to you to your physical address (e.g. your home). So, please enter the correct information(e.g. your correct address) where we can post you your product.
The number of days it takes to ship our products to you may vary depending the shipping arrangements you have chosen during purchase, but it usually takes about 3 to 7 days to ship our products to you
Products can be downloaded after payment is electronically verified. This is usually immediate but can take up to several hours, depending on your internet connection so that you do not need to waste time and you can start learning right away. We will send you a dowload link with clear instructions as to how to download.

Q: I have a question about a product I ordered. Who do I contact?

Q: Which Media Player do I need to play the video tutorials?
A: All you need is Apple Quicktime Player and Adobe Flash Player, which is free to download at the following addresses:

Q: I love your tutorials but the video tutorials look too big on my monitor, how can I change my settings to view the tutorials properly?
A: What you might need to do is to change your screen resolution to at least 1024 by 768.

Q: How much will your products cost in My local currency?
A: Our prices are based on US Dollars. Please visit Yahoo! Finance for the latest exchange and to calculate how much our products will cost in your local currency.
Q: I can't seem to get access to my download after purchase. What should I do?
A: Sometimes
international credit cards do not verify immediately and other system
checks cause the download to be held up. If you do not receive your
product after purchase please send us a friendly email in which you
specify your order number, your name and surname, and a description of
the problem you are experimenting and we'll be
happy to help you. Be sure to use the correct address and and ZIP
when ordering to ensure quick processing.
Q: I'm having trouble downloading. What should I do?
A: We recommend using a download manager for large files. Our download
section has all the latest information about recommended software and
extraction tools.
Q: I've download the files but I can't seem to get them to Unzip. What should I do?
A: Be sure to have the latest version of your Unzipping application. Also
verify the size of the file you downloaded is close to estimated size
on the website. If you continue to have problems contact us.
Q: How long are downloads available after purchase and what if I lose this information?
A: Purchased products will always be available to download to verified
customers immediately. Please let us know if you have lost your download
information or need a new one. We do recommend burning a DVD backup
once you have successfully downloaded your products.
Q: Can I download your product in my country?

Yes, our products are available to anyone in the world
Q: I have Damaged or Bad Media, what should I do?
A: Please contact us and we will arrange additional working copies for free of course.
Q: My package did not contain all of the things I ordered. What should I do.
A:
Please contact us and we will arrange to send another package with the
correct items. Some products are available as a download only. On the
other hand if you receive something in addition to your order, enjoy it.
